Once upon a second year in animation, a character design teacher by the name of Pete Emslie decided he felt like drawing a charicatures of a few of his students.
Long story short, he's now obliged to draw one for EVERY SINGLE ONE of his students. Inevitably, mine was also done.

He's a good man, this Peter. It's not like he's really starved for practise, between his teaching job and doing freelance work for Disney, and yet he let himself wander into the job of having to draw every student in second year animation at Sheridan College. Can't say it was a very wise decision on his part...but it's great for us!

On a similar note, I need to create characters for a storyboarding project starring four characters, each of them with a different personality type.
I'm using Millencolin, an awesome punk band originating from Sweden, as the basis for those four characters. Of course, this means I'll be developing characters from their charicatures.
I'm not sure exactly what they should be yet. I was thinking animals of some sort, but what kind.....? Not mooses. I know that's swedish, but....just, no.

I've been wanting to animate them for some time, so this is one step toward that.
